About
Hi, I’m Avyukt.
I’m Avyukt Batra, a third-year Engineering student at Trinity College, University of Cambridge. Before Cambridge, I studied at Queen Elizabeth’s School, Barnet, so I have recently been through the same GCSE and A-level process as the students I teach.
I achieved ten grade 9s at GCSE and four A*s at A-level in Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry. I now have more than 500 hours of tutoring experience and I am DBS checked.
I love tutoring because I genuinely enjoy the moment when a difficult idea begins to make sense. Having experienced the same courses and exam pressures myself, I want to make that process clearer, calmer and more manageable for other students.
My lessons are friendly, focused and shaped around the individual student. We break difficult topics into manageable steps, work through questions together and build the confidence to solve problems independently.
